If you register for both courses, doctors save $50 and students save $25. Please note that if you register on-site, there is an additional $50 fee.
Doctor Member - $325 for each segment, or $600 for both courses
Doctor Non-Member - $400 for each segment, or $750 for both courses
Students- $165 for each segmet, or $305 for both courses
